| so it has been quite the long time since i`ve put anything on here so here i am again, life is decent, really just working and playing music is the newer things in my life(really isnt all that new). gonna go see some shows, i am writing some, reading some, and lovin some.

| so being a doughnut maker is cool, i get paid for it and all, so soon 2 special girls in my life will be coming to stay for a while, i am pretty stoked about that. I am inspired lately for writing music, but i think much of it is fruit of a "grinding" season, finding my life outside of a bubble of dedicated people, no longer in a community of people persuing God by abandoning jobs, families, and friends to spend countless ours in prayer. But now in a community of people just getting through, going to work, making rent, and seeking enlightenment in their small world of chaos, their hearts still move, not as warm and whole as they could be, but all the more, they move, they beat, and they thrive. My one request from Jesus is that he takes what we have to give him and make our hearts whole, and burning so that offense would not be our hearts' demise. and that truely love is what we have and what we are... i love you guys | | |

| happy valentines day to everybody,
i hope all have a cute one this year, i sent my little package of jon brown sappy goodness to the midwestern portion of the country. still on the hunt for work, i think i`ll get a job at this little redneck store up the road, that might be cool, if 20 kids all wanted to take lessons all at the same time my life would be right like rain, but thats not quite the case.
so not this friday but next we will begin our 9pm-6am prayer, hope to see you guys there, i have high expectations for it.

| hello guys,
i understand that it has been a long time since i have updated, so here i am again... updating. in the current jon brown news he writes hand written letters to beautiful girl who takes the title "intern" in KC where much of my heart dwells, lying in wait to see if this is the last girl i make approach to(i like her a whole lot,but we christians have this called sacrifice, and she is on the "altar", so that my grip is loosed and Gods grip is in full action.).
In other news i am starting a zine, reaching out to the arts and music community, and i will actually have a weekly small group that meet to contribute in prayer, criticism, and labor to put this thing in action so if interested, get my digits and call on me. i will also be letting this zine be a catapult and a driver for the prayer movement in shreveport, the vision currently is friday night night watches and monthly 24 hour solemn assemblies.
Jon brown is also writing some smooth sounds of acoustic guitar and the not so low tones of his voice for cafes and any place that likes singer/songwriter music, i will be recording very soon. anyways you are now updated, i love you all, see you next time...signed......jon brown | | |
